In December 2013, Broadgate Co-Sponsored the acquisition of Dynamic Tube Inc. (“DTI”) based in Maquoketa, Iowa. Since 1978, DTI has been manufacturing tube and pipe assemblies for multiple industries including agricultural, mining, and railroad. DTI was sold to a strategic acquirer in November 2024.
