In October 2020, Broadgate Co-Sponsored the acquisition of GDM Electronic & Medical LLC based in San Jose, CA as a follow-up investment within the Electronic Manufacturing Services (“EMS”) space. GDM provides “wire & harness” services and manufactures electro-mechanical and electronic systems for the medical, military, and autonomous vehicle markets.
